Consent is optional

Consent to receive text messages is optional and is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Consent is not required to purchase anything. The consent box is never pre-selected and is never bundled with any other agreement, including the Terms and Conditions. The rest of this site is fully usable without consenting.

What you authorize

By checking the consent box and submitting the sign-up form, you authorize Income Innovator, LLC to send text messages to the mobile number you provided, including messages sent with automated technology. You confirm that you are the subscriber or authorized user of that number.

• Income Innovator: Open enrollment is coming up. Reply with a question and we will explain your options. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel.
• Income Innovator: A plan you asked about has changed its network. Reply YES and we will send what the change means for you. Reply STOP to cancel.
• Income Innovator: Check that your doctor is in network before you enroll - plans change networks each year. Reply STOP to cancel.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that unless you sign up again.

You can also ask to be removed by emailing [email protected] with the mobile number you want removed.

Reply HELP to any message for help, or email [email protected].

Your responsibilities

Sign up only with a mobile number you own or are authorized to use. If you change or give up your number, reply STOP from it first, or email us so we can remove it. Keep the information you provide accurate.

Consent records

When you sign up, we keep a record of your consent. The record includes the consent wording shown to you, exactly as displayed, the date and time of your sign-up in ISO 8601 format, the URL of the page where you signed up, your IP address, and your browser's user agent. The consent wording stored is:

Mobile data privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third party.
